Responsibilities:
- Disassembles vehicles for the initial Repair Plan
- Ensures all needed repairs are identified to eliminate supplements and minimize repair time
- Repair or replace defective parts
- Performs work as outlined on repair orders
- Maintains an open line of communication with the production manager expressing any changes in the repair plan
- Complies with company safety rules, guidelines, and standards
- Perform other duties as required to successfully meet the needs of the Harry Robinson Automotive Family
Requirements:
- Previous experience as an Auto Body Technician or in a similar role
- Strong knowledge of automotive repair processes and techniques
- Detail-oriented with strong organizational skills
- Ability to work in a fast-paced environment and prioritize tasks effectively
Compensation varies based on productivity. Average $80,000-$125,000
