Experienced Appointment Scheduler

Work from home completing tasks such as but not limited to:

Scheduling estimates for people who have signed up for a free in-home consultation
Making post installation quality-control courtesy calls

Hours would be 7 am-Noon,

Wednesday-Sunday (5 days per week)

Work remotely in a quiet, disturbance-free environment.
Follow a script and be friendly
Have a computer and phone

Skills:
Excellent communication skills, both verbal and written
Strong attention to detail and ability to multitask
Proficient in using phone systems and computer software

As an Appointment Setter, you will play a crucial role in ensuring the smooth operation of our office. Prior experience with appointment setting in a service industry is preferred.
