A Public Law & Municipal Law Firm is seeking a transactional attorney with six to eight years' experience in Affordable Housing policy matters and Affordable Housing development and financing transactions, including negotiating and drafting loan documents, ground leases, regulatory agreements, easements, and related documents for multifamily developments. Experience with first time homebuyer programs, construction documents and commercial leases is a plus.
The pay scale for associates at A Public Law & Municipal Law Firm ranges from $140,000 – $215,000 plus annual performance-based bonuses. Compensation for associates at A Public Law & Municipal Law Firm ranges from $140,000 – $215,000 plus annual performance-based bonuses. Compensation for income partners at A Public Law & Municipal Law Firm ranges from $216,000 – $315,000 plus discretionary bonuses. The actual salaries within those ranges will depend on the selected candidates' years of practice and experience.
