Role Overview
Step into the role of Store Manager at the Fisker Inc. Experience Center+ and become the driving force behind exceptional customer service and operational excellence. We are seeking a professional leader with a passion for customer satisfaction to oversee daily operations and manage a team of dedicated Fisker Advisors. Your expertise will shape a positive work environment, ensuring high staff performance and customer delight. If you're a seasoned communicator with exceptional leadership and interpersonal skills, this role offers the perfect platform to lead the customer journey from lead generation to reservation.
Responsibilities
Lead, coach, and inspire the Experience Center team to provide an exceptional and seamless customer experience.
Contribute to the recruitment and onboarding of Fisker Advisors.
Plan and coordinate shift schedules for Fisker Advisors, ensuring efficient center operations.
Champion the Fisker brand by sharing comprehensive product, service, charging, and ownership information with prospective customers.
Uphold operational procedures and standards to deliver a consistent and high-quality experience.
Address customer inquiries promptly and effectively.
Support vehicle test-drives and ensure vehicles are impeccably prepared for test-drive purposes.
Collaborate with cross-functional teams to identify and resolve technical, operational, and organizational issues.
Drive business growth through customer engagement, brand education, and lead generation.
Establish performance-based metrics for staff evaluation and apply them judiciously.
Basic Qualifications / Knowledge / Experience
Bachelor's degree in Business Administration or a similar field and/or relevant management experience.
A minimum of 3 years of experience in a managerial role within a retail environment.
Proven experience in recruiting, hiring, team management, and shift planning.
Exceptional leadership skills, coupled with a customer-centric mindset.
Profound understanding of fundamental business management processes.
Excellent communication and interpersonal skills, ensuring effective team collaboration.
Ability to work evenings, weekends, and holidays.
Minimum 21 years of age and valid state-issued driver's license.
Expected Salary Range: $50,960.00 to $110,600.00 per year.
Additional Compensation: Salary is one part of total compensation, which includes bonuses, equity awards as applicable, and benefits. An employee is eligible to participate in Fisker’s equity program, subject to the rules governing such programs.
Benefits: Fisker provides comprehensive medical, prescription, dental, vision, and disability insurance packages for full-time employees, their spouse or domestic partner, and children up to age 26. Coverage is effective on the first day of employment, and Fisker covers most of the premiums for employees.
The salary offered may vary depending on multiple individualized factors, including market location, job-related knowledge, education/training, certifications, key skills, experience, internal peer equity, as well as business considerations. Fisker reasonably and in good faith expects to pay for the position within the salary range listed, taking into account the wide variety of factors listed above.
