Expanding Company Seeks Energetic Team Leaders and Supervisors for Janitorial Work

Perfection Commercial Services has been in business since 1991, and we are looking for a professional and highly motivated individual to join our dynamic and expanding commercial cleaning team as our Facilities Lead (Night Shift) in the Battle Creek area!

Our Facilities Lead is responsible for the operations of their building and managing results through our team members. Being accountable by ensuring our team meets the goals and objectives, as determined by customer's contractual requirements by managing all aspects of employee training and development, retention, and performance management; and developing high quality, long-lasting customer relationships.

Schedule:

• Sunday-Thursday typical shift would be 6pm - 2am
  

Essential Functions:

• Provides day-to-day leadership, supervision, development, training and coaching directly or indirectly to assigned staff that represents the core values of Perfection Commercial Services.
• Responds to customer requests and work orders promptly, resolves customer complaints, builds strong relationships with the account, and develops team for accountability; stays abreast of current issues, and looks for opportunities for growth and improvement
• Wears all necessary personal protective equipment and follow all health and safety regulations based on client recommendations.
• Has working knowledge in all major areas of custodial maintenance, including restroom sanitation, office cleaning, carpet care, hard floor care, equipment operation and maintenance, chemical knowledge, MSDS and safety.
• Schedules & completes quality control walks and ensures equipment is clean and appropriate supply levels are maintained; audits and reinforces the practice of safe work habits
