Position: Experienced Exhibition Carpenter/Joiner
Location: Farmingdale NY - Factory
Job Type: Full-time, Permanent
Workshop Hours: 8:00 AM - 5:00 PM (Monday – Friday), with (7:00 AM - 7:00 PM during busy periods)

Responsibilities, As a valued member of our workshop team, you will:
Collaborate both independently and as part of a team, interpreting technical drawings to craft high-quality displays and pop-up spaces using materials such as MDF, ply, laminate, and veneers.
Work within a fast-paced environment, ensuring precision and attention to detail.
Demonstrate creative problem-solving abilities, essential for meeting project complexities and tight deadlines.
Ensure all completed work aligns with our company's exacting quality standards and deadlines.
Quickly communicate any quality issues or project lead time challenges to management, allowing for swift solutions and issue resolution.
Be flexible with your work hours, including occasional evenings and weekends during busy periods, to ensure timely project completion.
Tackle challenges with a problem-solving mindset.
Qualifications: To excel in this role, it would be beneficial to have:
A minimum of 5 years of joinery experience.
Expertise in exhibition builds.
Experience in retail display is advantageous.
Proficiency in reading technical drawings.
Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
Exceptional organisation skills to thrive in a demanding environment.
