Exercise/Rehab Therapy Assistant

We are seeking a highly motivated, people person to join our team as a rehab Therapy Assistant. The ideal candidate will have a strong work ethic, excellent communication skills, and a passion for helping patients to achieve their rehabilitation goals. Responsibilities:

• Assist in the implementation of patient treatment plans under the direction and supervision of senior medical providers.
• Assist rehab team in greeting patients upon arrival, directing patients for smooth coordination and administering passive therapies (decompression, e-stim, etc).
• Monitor patients' progress and document treatment sessions in patient records.
• Communicate effectively with the treatment team to ensure coordinated and effective care.
• Maintain a clean, organized, and safe treatment environment.
• Participate in team meetings, patient conferences, and professional development activities.

Qualifications:

• Experience preferred, but training available
• Knowledge therapeutic exercise and therapeutic modalities preferred, but training available
• Excellent interpersonal and communication skills, including the ability to effectively educate and motivate patients.
• Ability to work effectively as part of a team.

Location:

• Murfreesboro, Tn

Hours:

• Monday - Thursday, 8am - 1pm, 2:30pm- 7pm
