Executive/Board Secretary

RWJBH is seeking a Secretary for our Executive Level/C-Suite at the New Brunswick campus. This is a full-time, IN-PERSON day position (40 hours/week).

Requirements/Qualifications:

• High School Diploma or equivalent required.
• Business or secretarial school training or equivalent required.
• Five+ years of secretarial experience at the executive level are required.
• Previous Board experience preferred.
• Typing at least 50 wpm required.
• Computer literacy required.
• The ability to exercise tact, discretion and judgment regarding personal/confidential material.
• The ability to communicate and cooperate with employees and staff members at all levels and individuals of diverse backgrounds.
• The ability to set and maintain strict schedules, timetables, etc. and to remain flexible regarding changing work volume.
  Ability to compose independent correspondence, reports, memos, etc
• Must be able to manage the Microsoft Outlook calendars of multiple executive leaders.
Must have previous Microsoft Outlook and zoom experience.
