We are seeking a Veterinary Executive Medical Director who is interested in being part of the change they want to see in the industry and join our new veterinary practice. This group is slated to open up 4 hospitals in the next few months, including 1 in West LA and 1 in Culver City! You will be the key leader of your hospital and will be responsible to grow and manage the practice, while still practicing medicine. Not only that, you will be offered equity in the company as a whole, as well as a spot on the board of directors to influence the direction the company grows. The ideal candidate will have 2+ years as a MD, 10+ years in practice, and P&L experience.

Position Highlights:
- $150k-$200k salary (willing to go higher based on production history)
- $12k Management fee (on top of base salary, paid through regular payroll)
- 22% production bonuses
- Relocation / Sign-On Bonus available

- DVM license
- 10+ years of practice experience preferred.
- 2+ years as Medical Director preferred.
- Must be willing to work weekends.
