Executive Protection Specialist

We are seeking a Full-Time, non-supervisory Executive Protection Specialist, at our Newport Beach, California location.

The Executive Protection Specialist ensures the uncompromised security of designated persons and property by use of proactive and reactive security methodology. They assist the management team with personnel training, resource coordination, programs management, and field operations planning & oversight. They support travel operations and lead security details when designated persons travel outside their primary residences, for both CONUS and OCONUS travel operations.

Mandatory Minimum Requirements:

• Minimum of 5 years private security, Executive Protection, or equivalent military and/or educational experience.
• A valid California Driver’s License
• A current California Guard Card
• A current California Exposed Firearm Permit
• Eligible to obtain a California CCW
• High School Diploma

Additional Requirements:

• Demonstrated understanding of Executive Protection, including risk assessments, report writing, and leading security details.
• Training in CPR/AED/First Aid/Advanced Field Medicine; EMT qualification a plus.
• Advanced training in defensive tactics.
• Energetic, focused, and adept at handling multiple tasks and deadlines.
• Skilled in professional interaction and de-escalation.
• Excellent communication skills for report writing and explaining complex security concepts.
• Excellent physical condition.
• Willing to work various shifts, including weekends and holidays, and on-call as needed.
• Willing to travel for extended periods on short notice.
• Proficient in Microsoft Windows, macOS, and Office Suite.
• Other duties as assigned.

Compensation: from $40 Per Hour + Full-Time benefits
