Executive Housekeeper

```Overview:
We are seeking an experienced and detail-oriented Executive Housekeeper to join our team. As an Executive Housekeeper, you will be responsible for overseeing all aspects of housekeeping operations to ensure a clean and comfortable environment for our guests. If you have a strong background in hotel housekeeping management and possess excellent organizational and leadership skills, we would love to hear from you.

Duties:
- Manage and supervise the housekeeping staff, including hiring, training, and scheduling
- Develop and implement cleaning procedures and protocols to maintain high standards of cleanliness
- Conduct regular inspections of guest rooms, public areas, and back-of-house areas to ensure cleanliness and adherence to standards
- Coordinate with other departments to ensure timely delivery of supplies and equipment
- Monitor inventory levels and place orders for cleaning supplies as needed
- Handle guest complaints or requests related to housekeeping services
- Maintain records of housekeeping activities, including room occupancy rates, maintenance requests, and lost-and-found items
- Ensure compliance with health and safety regulations
- Stay updated on industry trends and best practices in housekeeping management

Requirements:
- Previous experience in hotel housekeeping management or a similar role is required
- Strong knowledge of housekeeping procedures, techniques, and equipment
- Excellent organizational and time management skills
- Ability to multitask and prioritize tasks effectively
- Exceptional attention to detail
- Strong leadership and interpersonal skills
- Knowledge of floor care, industrial cleaning, and custodial practices is preferred
- High school diploma or equivalent required; additional certification in hospitality or related field is a plus

Pay: $20.00 - $25.00 per hour
