Executive Housekeeper

The Executive Housekeeper is responsible for all duties of the housekeeping operations and cleanliness levels in all areas of the property. The Executive Housekeeper will promote an atmosphere that ensures guest and employee satisfaction. The position requires strong attention to detail, leadership skills and the ability to effectively deal with other members of the management team, guests and employees.

As Executive Housekeeper, you will:

• Provide excellent service to anticipate our guest’s needs and exceed their expectations by leading and managing the housekeeping team. Create an environment that’s safe and engaging, where motivated people want to join, learn, do their best, and advance. Lead a diverse team by modeling the way, by empowering, and coaching throughout the employment life cycle.
• Successfully administer the department’s budget.Ensure financial goals are met through budget development and oversight.
• Protect the brand and asset by ensuring that programs are smoothly implemented and compliant.

Duties and Responsibilities:

• Responsible for short and long term planning and the management of the hotel’s housekeeping operations.
• Monitor and develop team member’s performance including conducting performance evaluations and delivering recognition.
• Schedule employees to ensure proper coverage.
• Assist in recruiting and interviewing new team members as needed.
• Respond in a courteous and prompt manner to all guest question and/or concerns.
• Creating a welcoming and friendly environment for the entire housekeeping team

Experience:
