What You’ll Do:

• Comfort-Centric Operations: Oversee daily housekeeping operations, focusing on maintaining the highest standards of cleanliness to create a comfortable atmosphere.
• Team Leadership: Inspire and guide our housekeeping team to provide exceptional service, making every guest feel like a welcomed member of our extended family.
• Quality Assurance: Implement stringent quality control measures to ensure each guest experiences a true "Home Away from Home."
• Innovative Solutions: Introduce and implement creative housekeeping practices that enhance efficiency and elevate the overall guest experience.

Who You Are:

• Proven experience as a Director of Housekeeping or in a similar leadership role within the hospitality industry.
• Strong knowledge of housekeeping operations, cleanliness standards, and inventory management.
• Exceptional leadership and communication skills to motivate and guide the housekeeping team.
• Detail-oriented mindset with a commitment to maintaining high-quality standards.
• Familiarity with [Your Hotel's Brand/Standards] is advantageous.
