Job Overview
Contact C-Suite Executives (CEO, CFO, COO, CIO, CTO, etc.) of Fortune 100 Companies and large City and County Goverments to schedule appointments for T-Mobile for Business SVP and VP's of Business Sales. Target customers include both existing T-Mobile business customers and new prospects. Research and develop the communication strategy to build a pipeline of quality appointments for TFB Senior Leadership. Coodinate appointments between customers and TFB Leadership.
Job Responsibilities:
Cold-calling targeted contacts to schedule appointments. Research: Use available research tools, networking opportunities, other contacts, to identify and locate contact information for targeted C-Level Executives at current and prospect companies. Meeting Coordination: Coordinate and schedule appointments between customer/prospects and TFB Leadership. Work with customers and TFB Executives and Executive Assistants to coordinate and schedule meeting dates/times. Follow-up on all scheduled meetings for status and next steps. Contact Strategy: Develop contact strategy, compelling messaging, and communication approach for customer contact with the final goal of scheduling executive level appointments. Tracking & Reporting: Development and maintain a contact/prospecting database, including tracking activities/events in TFB salesforce (CRM); provide reporting on activities, meetings as required.
Education:
High School Diploma/GED (Required)
Work Experience:
2-4 years Call center/sales experience (Required) 2-4 years Experience calling on C-Level Executives and/or Enterprise, Strategic and/or Government customers (Preferred)
Knowledge, Skills and Abilities:
Technology Outreach, LinkedIn, ZoomInfo, Outlook, WebEx Meetings (Required) Organization Candidate needs to be able to demonstrate efficient organization skills, the ability to prioritize and respond to incoming activity/tasks with a sense of urgency and accuracy. (Required) Communication Active listener, speak with confidence and clarity, positive tone, pre-call preparation (Required) Business Acumen Candidate should demonstrate several key business acumen skills such as Leadership (trustworthiness, time management, positive attitude, self-motivation); Strategic Thinking (adaptability, flexibility, planning); Analytical Skills (research, attention to detail); Problem Solving (research, active listening) (Preferred)
