This position will direct a long-term service contract between Liberty Healthcare Corporation and a state health and human service agency responsible for home and community-based service waivers.
Objectives, services, and contract deliverables focus on:
- Person-centered planning
- Quality management system redesign
- HCBS provider oversight, technical assistance, and training
- Mortality reviews and reporting
- Critical incident process management
- Quality information data system and reporting
As Liberty Healthcare’s Executive Director, your ongoing responsibilities will include:
- Leading largescale systems growth and transformation initiatives
- Serving as “CEO” of Liberty’s service contract
- Instilling Liberty’s vision, mission and core values
- Leading a remote team of professionals and cultivating a high-performance culture
- Client-facing activities and proactively meeting customer needs
