Are you a dynamic leader with a passion for fostering growth and organizational excellence? The Kansas Auto Body Association (KABA) is seeking an Executive Director to lead our vibrant community of automotive professionals.
**Responsibilities:**
- Drive growth initiatives through strategic planning and execution.
- Coordinate annual tradeshow with board support.
- Maintain financial stability with a 6-month cash reserve.
- Research and secure state/federal grants.
- Collaborate with the Board to set and achieve membership goals.
- Conduct shop visits/calls for recruitment and member engagement.
- Facilitate onboarding of new members and board members.
- Manage membership renewals and ensure compliance.
- Organize statewide round table events and regular board meetings.
- Develop and distribute newsletters and promotional materials.
- Oversee digital presence and social media engagement.
- Cultivate open communication channels with members and the Board.
- Uphold organizational bylaws and facilitate officer accountability.
- Report to the KABA President and fulfill assigned duties.
**Qualifications:**
- Proven leadership experience, preferably in a nonprofit or association setting.
- Strong organizational and communication skills.
- Financial management proficiency.
- Ability to work effectively with volunteers and board members.
