Position Summary:

Responsible for supporting the President/CEO and contributing to our strategic initiatives. Your responsibilities will span across various domains including CEO support, sales and marketing support, and general administrative duties. This position requires a blend of administrative prowess, strategic thinking, and exceptional communication skills.

Position Duties:

  • Maintain the CEO's appointment schedule by planning and scheduling business and personal meetings, conferences, teleconferences, as well as possibly coordinating and booking travel arrangements as needed
  • Assists the President/CEO with daily administrative duties and completes a broad variety of administrative tasks that include completing expense reports; composing and preparing correspondence; updating CRM; arranging complex and detailed travel plans, itineraries and agendas and compiling documents for meetings.
  • Aids and supports the President/CEO in preparing for meetings or events, including preparing meeting materials, keeping track of meeting progress and follow up items, and preparing and revising correspondence and other documents, as necessary.
  • Works closely and effectively with the President/CEO to keep them well informed of upcoming commitments and responsibilities, following up appropriately.
  • Identify and resolve complex issues with strong analytical skills.
  • Collaborate and coordinate with all levels off personnel to complete tasks and projects.
  • Manage sensitive matters with a high level of confidentiality and discretion.
  • Plan, coordinate, organize and help at various company and sales meetings events.
  • Create, execute, and track project plans.
  • Read, analyze, and make recommendations based on written business reports and articles.
  • Update and maintain information on company website.
  • Track sales activity and develop sales training materials.
  • Maintain inventory of marketing supplies, reordering as needed.
  • Run errands as needed for the President/CEO.
  • Other duties as assigned

Requirements

  • Requires a bachelor’s degree in Business Administration or related field through and accredited four-year college or university or a combination of education and equivalent experience.
  • Must be familiar with CRM.
  • 1 year of full-cycle project experience preferred.
  • Excellent verbal and written communication skills. General knowledge of social media products including blogs, RSS feeds, and newsletters
  • Demonstrates ability to take initiative, anticipate needs and exercise independent/sound judgment.
  • Must have advanced proficiency with Microsoft Office, Word, Excel, PowerPoint, Teams, and Outlook.
  • Demonstrates ability to retain extreme confidentiality.
  • Superior ability to present and negotiate effectively.
  • Demonstrates ability to read and analyze written business reports and articles.
  • Demonstrate ability to analyze when research is required, provide research and present findings.
  • Detail-oriented, superior time management skills, multi-task, and meet deadlines.
  • Highly organized and self-motivated.
  • Current driver’s license and access to reliable transportation, and the willingness and ability to work a flexible schedule and travel when necessary
