Job Summary: We are seeking a highly organized and professional Executive Assistant to provide comprehensive support to our CEO. The ideal candidate will have exceptional communication skills, strong attention to detail, and the ability to handle confidential information with discretion. As the Executive Assistant, you will play a crucial role in ensuring the smooth operation of the executive office. Duties: - Manage the CEO's calendar, including scheduling appointments, meetings, and travel arrangements - Coordinate and prepare materials for meetings, presentations, and conferences - Conduct research and compile reports as requested by the CEO - Assist with event planning and coordination, both internal and external - Serve as a personal Assistant to the CEO, handling personal matters as needed - Maintain office supplies inventory and place orders when necessary - Handle incoming calls and correspondence with professionalism and phone etiquette - Assist with project coordination and follow-up on action items - Manage email correspondence on behalf of the CEO, prioritizing messages and responding as appropriate - Coordinate with other executives and departments to ensure efficient communication and collaboration - Perform general clerical duties, such as filing, photocopying, and data entry Requirements: - Proven experience as an Executive Assistant or similar role supporting C-level executives - Excellent organizational skills with the ability to multitask and prioritize tasks effectively - Strong written and verbal communication skills - Proficient in using Google Suite (Gmail, Google Docs, Google Sheets) or similar productivity tools - Ability to maintain confidentiality and handle sensitive information with discretion - Exceptional attention to detail and accuracy in all work performed - Strong problem-solving skills and ability to work independently - Previous experience in event planning or office management is a plus We offer competitive compensation based on experience.
