Are you a people person with a passion for making connections? As our Executive Assistant, your biggest responsibility will be managing inbound calls and being the friendly voice of Home Energy Pros. But that's not all – you'll also assist with scheduling, payroll, and various administrative tasks, all while playing a key role in our mission to create a greener, more sustainable future.
**Responsibilities:**

• Be the welcoming voice on the other end of the line, managing inbound calls with warmth and professionalism.
• Assist with payroll processing to ensure everyone gets paid accurately and on time.
• Coordinate our executives' schedules, making sure they're always in the right place at the right time.
• Handle a variety of administrative tasks, from organizing documents to keeping the office running smoothly.
• Bring your energy and enthusiasm to everything you do, making Home Energy Pros a great place to work for everyone.

**Requirements:**

• You're a natural communicator who loves connecting with people over the phone.
• Your organizational skills are second to none, and you thrive in a fast-paced environment.
• Tech-savvy? Check. Proficient in Microsoft Office? Check.
• Previous experience in a similar role is a plus, but we're more interested in your positive attitude and willingness to learn.
