- Schedule: M-F 8am-5pm with remote options available after successful completion of probationary and training period.

The Executive Assistant is responsible for providing administrative support to senior level management. This includes; updating licensing items with the State and Counties, writing newsletters, updating contracts, registering managers in conferences, creating brochures and other marketing materials, ordering office supplies, composing a variety of correspondence, coordinating and managing projects, participation in the development of State procedures and investigating, researching and identifying resources.
- A high school diploma or GED certificate.
- At least 2 years of business education and/or business experience relevant to an executive assistant.
- Minimum typing skills of 75 wpm.
- Excellent organizational, time management, and decision-making skills to set priorities and meet timelines.
- Ability to manage highly confidential information.
- Proficient in MS Office Word, Excel and knowledge of MS Access software.
- Writing skills must reflect correct grammar, spelling, punctuation, composition, quality and fluent vocabulary.
- Ability to present oneself in a professional and personable manner with all internal and external customers.
- Possess confidence, flexibility, initiative, self-directedness and the ability to meet unexpected demands and incidents.
- Ability to evaluate and recommend changes to systems, when needed.
- Excellent communication and interpersonal skills to work with all levels of the organization and community.
