Job Description
We’re looking for a proactive, organized and detail-oriented executive assistant to play a key role in our growing law firm. You’ll be assisting two of our partners with administrative duties and various other tasks related to client service and firm management. Must be able to manage multiple priorities and be proficient with Outlook, Word and Excel. Compensation:$55,000
Responsibilities:- Manage calendars including meetings with clients, advisors and various professional and personal obligations of 2 attorneys in a manner that minimizes travel time and maximizes client service
- Screen incoming emails, phone calls and mail; compile and report salient information
- Dispatch correspondence via mail, email, fax and DocVerify
- Process incoming mail
- Assist with preparation for client meetings
- Plan and prepare for monthly meetings for attorneys and team members
- Generate and manage various reports from Client Relationship Management system
- Assist with bookkeeping duties, including client deposits, basic reconciliations and accounts receivables
- Maintain records of professional licenses, memberships and continuing legal education credits
- Serve as liaison for technology service providers
- 2+ years performing supportive duties in a personal assistant or executive assistant role, or similar
- Impeccable time management skills, organizational skills, interpersonal skills, and communication skills
- Experience using Microsoft Office
- Must have graduated high school or received an equivalent certificate of completion
- Experience handling confidential information and client funds
