THIS EXTREMELY WELL-KNOWN, TOP-RANKING POWERHOUSE LAW FIRM IS SEEKING AN EXECUTIVE ASSISTANT FOR A TEAM OF SR. PARTNERS FOR THEIR SAN FRANCISCO OFFICE, WHICH IS GROWING LIKE CRAZY. This is an addition to the staff. THIS IS DEFINITELY MORE OF AN EXEC. ASSISTANT WHO HAS WORKED IN A MID TO LARGE LAW FIRM. This will be 4 days a week in office. So must live in vacinity.  Must be professional, and detailed with a dynamic personality.  The San Francisco office is known for its great, warm, collaborative environment

 

The ideal candidate will be a motivated individual with a client service mindset who is eager to use business development and project management skills in a fast-paced, collaborative, and team-oriented environment.

Responsibilities include but are not limited to:

• Proactively support Partners/Lawyers’ clients, practice and business development activities and outreach.

• Provide administrative support to two to three Partners and several Lawyers (Counsels and Associates).

• Maintain and update the current list of contacts and business activities in CRM/Interaction database.

• Keep track of clients and other contacts and proactively work with Partners/Lawyers to schedule calls and meetings with them.

• Build relationships with clients and client assistants.

• Execute requested follow-up calls with clients. • Schedule client entertainment and assist with local event management.

 • Track and enter Partner/Lawyers’ time submissions. • Proactively manage Partners’ calendars, and assist with planning and scheduling of internal and external/client meetings as directed.

• Coordinate travel and accommodations based on Partners'/Lawyers preferences. • Complete and submit timely expense reports.


•Requirements:

• A minimum of three years of relevant experience as an executive-level assistant in a LAW FIRM. •

• A great sense of client service and comfortable working in a high pace environment.

• Excellent knowledge of Microsoft Outlook, Word, PowerPoint, and Excel and experience with CRM systems.

• Ability to work on-site in the office four days a week with the option to work remotely one day a week • An undergraduate degree or relevant professional or industry experience is required.
