Exec Admin/Office Administrator P/T

We are a small entrepreneurial office. Individual must be able to wear multiple hats, strong business acumen - and be able to trouble shoot and problem solve. Individual must be flexible, agile and well rounded. We are just getting things off the ground.. so must be a roll up the sleeves type in all areas.

```Qualifications```
- Proven experience in business management
- Strong organizational skills and attention to detail
- Proficient in Microsoft Office Suite (Word, Excel, PowerPoint, Outlook)
- Knowledge of office management systems and procedures
- Excellent communication and interpersonal skills
- Ability to multitask and prioritize tasks effectively
- Familiarity with QuickBooks or other accounting software is a plus
- Ability to maintain confidentiality of sensitive information

Job Type: Part-time

Pay: $650.00 - $750.00 per week

Expected hours: 25 – 30 per week

Schedule:

• Day shift
• Evening shift
• Monday to Friday
• On call
• Weekends as needed
