Job Description:
As an Exclusive Advertising Sales Representative, you will play a pivotal role in promoting our nonprofit children's foundation's private publication to businesses serving affluent clients in private gated communities. You will have the opportunity to showcase Exclusive Advertising opportunities and secure partnerships with high-end establishments, luxury brands, and elite service providers seeking to reach affluent clientele.
Responsibilities:
- Prospect and engage with businesses catering to affluent clients in private gated communities to promote Exclusive Advertising opportunities in our private publication.
- Customize sales pitches and presentations to effectively communicate the unique benefits and value propositions of advertising with Cutler Brown Holdings and or clients of Cutler Brown Holdings Inc.
- Develop and maintain relationships with key decision-makers and stakeholders within targeted businesses, leveraging your network and communication skills to drive sales.
- Identify and pursue opportunities to sell Exclusive Advertising packages tailored to the needs and preferences of affluent clientele, including premium ad placements, sponsored content, and special promotional features.
- Negotiate terms and agreements with potential advertisers, ensuring mutual satisfaction and alignment with our foundation's mission and values.
- Collaborate with internal teams to coordinate advertising campaigns and ensure seamless execution of ad placements and promotional activities.
- Meet and exceed sales targets and performance metrics, demonstrating a commitment to excellence and achieving measurable results.
Qualifications:
- Proven track record of success in sales, with a focus on selling advertising or marketing solutions to high-net-worth clients preferred.
- Excellent communication, negotiation, and interpersonal skills, with the ability to build rapport and establish trust with affluent clientele.
- Strong understanding of the luxury market and familiarity with businesses catering to affluent clients in private gated communities.
- Self-motivated and results-oriented, with a drive to succeed and a passion for making a positive impact in the community.
- Ability to work independently and manage time effectively, prioritizing tasks and maximizing efficiency to achieve sales goals.
