Essential Competencies / Performance Expectations:
- Surgical Technical Skills: Precision instrument handling to seamless coordination with the surgical team

Skills / Knowledge / Ability:
- Interpersonal: You must have the ability to foster relationships with colleagues, providers, and patients alike.
- Critical Thinking: You must have confidence to be able to navigate challenges with agility, make informed decisions.
- Knowledge: You must have the ability to anticipate the needs of the physician and have equipment, instrumentation, medical gases and supplies readily available.
Requirements:
- High School Diploma or GED
- At least 1 year of Operating Room experience
- Active Basic Life Support (BLS) for Healthcare Providers certification issued by the American Heart Association (AHA)
- Certifications as a surgical technician or proof of equivalent training
Details:
- Pay: $34-$36 per hour (Travel Pay available if you live 50+ miles away)
- Schedule: Monday-Friday, 7:00 am-3:30 pm, 40 hours guaranteed
- Contract Duration: 13 weeks
- Orientation: 1-2 Day Orientation
- Opportunities: Temp to Direct Hire Opportunities after your assignment
- Start Date: ASAP, ideally mid-January
- Location: Fresno, CA
