SalaryOFFERING: RETENTION BONUS OF $1,000.00 after 6 months of employment, and another $1,000.00 after 1 year of employment.
Position to be filled MUST have experience operating excavator and or backhoe in laying waterline/sewerline/storm drain for underground utility work.
Company is based out of Dumas, Tx but we work within a 2-3 hour proximity of Dumas. Company vehicle is provided for travel from Dumas location daily. Some overnight stays required, but will be compensated with per diem. Must be able to handle physical labor, and all elements of weather. Wages vary depending on experience. Job is subject to pre-employment drug testing, and random drug testing. MUST HAVE VALID TEXAS DRIVERS LICENSE THAT WILL PASS AN INSURANCE MVR. MUST BE AN EXPERIENCED DRIVER, WITH EXPERIENCE PULLING SMALL TRAILERS. Benefits, including insurance, PTO, paid holidays are available after probationary period.
