We are looking for aSales Enablement Specialistto focus on EverCommerce's EverHealth portfolio of solutions.
This role drives enablement initiatives across multiple sales teams and products to ensure a unified, GTM sales engine. This role will build and deliver a range of enablement trainings, assets, and programs for SDRs, AEs, and AMs, that support a fast-growing B2B SaaS segment. Your impact will be shown in optimizing sales efficiency, from decreased new hire ramp times, accelerated new logo acquisition, minimized unproductive sales time, and an empowered, happy customer base.
Responsibilities:
  • Design, build, and implement Sales Enablement programs that deliver a meaningful impact on revenue
  • Assess data from Salesforce, recorded calls, and stakeholder interviews to identify and prioritize skill gaps
  • Collaborate cross-functionally with product, marketing, sales, and operations to facilitate the adoption of all news sales initiatives (e.g., new product updates, new internal processes)
  • Organize and maintain content library across teams for both training assets and customer-facing content
  • Create compelling, scalable training curriculums and lessons
  • Execute virtual and in-person sales skill trainings for audiences of varying knowledge to consistently up-level and excite reps
  • Ensure adoption and retention of sales methodologies, tools, and best practices
  • Measure the effectiveness of Sales Enablement initiatives based on data; consistently iterate initiatives based on measurements and stakeholder feedback

Skills and Experience needed for success in this role:
  • Bachelor's degree or equivalent work experience
  • 2+ years of prior Sales Enablement experience
  • 2+ years of prior B2B SaaS sales experience, as an SDR, Account Executive, or Account Manager
  • Healthcare technology and industry experience preferred
  • Work well cross functionally and build strong relationships with leaders from Sales, Marketing, Product and Operations organizations to execute on important enablement initiatives
  • Strong project manager with the ability to coordinate efforts across multiple simultaneous projects and priorities, impacting multiple product lines
  • Excellent written and verbal communication skills, including the ability to influence others and to drive clarity and accountability around goals, success criteria, and timelines
  • Excellent organizational skills, attention to detail, and entrepreneurial spirit
  • Preferably has knowledge of Salesforce/HubSpot, LMS and CMS platforms (e.g., Showpad), Gong, and PowerPoint

Where:
The EverCommerce team is distributed globally, with teams in the U.S., Canada, the U.K., Jordan, New Zealand, and Australia. With a widely distributed team, we are used to working remotely across different time zones. This role can be based anywhere in the United States- if you're close to one of our offices, we can set you up in-office or you can work 100% remotely. Please note that you must be eligible to work without sponsorship to qualify for this position.

Compensation:
The target base compensation for this position is $60k to $75k USD plus bonus per year in most US locations. Final offer amounts are determined by multiple factors including location, local market variances, and candidate experience and expertise, and may vary from the amounts listed above.
