We are looking for a Digital Media Intern to focus on our EverCommerce solutions' organic social media efforts. Specializing in Home & Field Services, Health Services, and Fitness & Wellness industries, EverCommerce solutions include end-to-end business management software, embedded payment acceptance, marketing technology, and customer engagement applications.
You: You are passionate about learning new skills and helping teammates. You're eager to get hands-on real-world marketing experience. You're looking to build a network of meaningful connections in the marketing and tech community.
In this role, you will be supporting the Social Media Team on their current projects and everyday marketing tasks. You will learn a wide range of applicable skills including graphic design, social media management, and data organization. Plus, you will gain hands-on experience with a handful of marketing tools like Hootsuite, Canva, Google Analytics, WordPress, and more.
Projects will include writing social media copy, creating social media images from pre-made templates, updating website pages, organizing digital files, and data reporting.

The EverCommerce team is distributed globally, with teams in the U.S., Canada, the U.K., Jordan, New Zealand, and Australia. With a widely distributed team, we are used to working remotely across different time zones. This role can be based anywhere in the United States or Canada - if you're close to one of our offices, we can set you up in-office or you can work 100% remotely. Please note that you must be eligible to work without sponsorship to qualify for this position, and this role may require travel to our Corporate Headquarters in Denver, Colorado, or to other office locations around North America.
Compensation: The target base compensation for this position is $18 to $20 USD per hour in most US locations. Final offer amounts are determined by multiple factors including location, local market variances, and candidate experience and expertise, and may vary from the amounts listed above.

Digital Marketing Intern Responsibilities:
- Scheduling social media posts for multiple subsidiary companies through the social media management tool Hootsuite.
- Creating graphics from pre-made templates to be used on social media for multiple subsidiary companies.
- Drafting organic social media post copy for multiple companies' monthly social media calendars that align with each company's branding, style, and voice.
- Posting and engaging with target audiences for multiple companies within key social media communities.
- Assist with data reporting tasks and projects within Excel.
- Assist our SEO team with website optimization projects within WordPress and other SEO tools.
- Organizing digital files in SharePoint and other digital asset library tools.
- Assisting with other digital marketing projects as needed across email marketing, paid social media, and paid search.
