Responsibilities:
- Provide excellent customer service to event attendees
- Assist with event setup and breakdown, including arranging furniture and equipment
- Monitor event areas to ensure cleanliness and safety
- Manage crowd control and assist with directing attendees
- Handle cash transactions and operate cash registers or ticketing systems
- Respond to guest inquiries and provide accurate information about the event
- Assist with event coordination and logistics as needed
- Collaborate with other Event Staff members to ensure smooth operations
Skills:
- Conflict management: Ability to handle difficult situations or conflicts that may arise during events
- Guest services: Strong interpersonal skills to provide a positive experience for event attendees
- Customer service: Ability to assist guests and address their needs in a friendly and professional manner
- Events management: Understanding of event planning and execution processes
- Cash handling: Experience handling cash transactions accurately and securely
- Lifeguard: Certification in lifeguarding or knowledge of water safety protocols (if applicable)
- Hospitality: Familiarity with hospitality industry standards and practices
Job Type: Part-time
Pay: $17.00 - $19.00 per hour
Expected hours: 10 – 25 per week

- 4 hour shift
- 8 hour shift
- Day shift
- Evening shift
- Night shift
- Weekends as needed
