Responsibilities:
- Provide excellent customer service to event attendees
- Assist with event setup and teardown, including moving furniture and equipment
- Monitor event areas to ensure cleanliness and safety
- Manage crowd control and assist with directing attendees
- Serve food and beverages to guests, ensuring quality and presentation
Requirements:
- Previous experience in food service, guest services, or hospitality required
- Ability to work in a fast-paced environment and handle multiple tasks simultaneously
- Strong communication and interpersonal skills for interacting with guests and team members
- Conflict management skills to handle difficult situations
- Excellent customer service skills, including the ability to remain calm under pressure
Note: This position may require standing for long periods of time and working evenings, weekends, and holidays.
Job Type: Part-time
Pay: $18.00 per hour
Expected hours: 10 – 30 per week
