We are seeking hardworking and reliable individuals to assist with Event Setup. The successful candidates will play a critical role in creating a professional and attractive event space by setting up tables and chairs for events of various sizes and styles.
The Event Dates are from February 26th - March 3rd!
Responsibilities:
- Set up tables and chairs in a timely and efficient manner, ensuring that all arrangements meet the event specifications
- Ensure that the setup is safe and secure, with a focus on avoiding hazards and minimizing the risk of injury
- Follow instructions from event coordinators and supervisors to ensure that all setup requirements are met
- Collaborate with other Event Setup staff to complete setup and breakdown tasks in a seamless and organized manner
- Take care of event equipment, including tables, chairs, and any other necessary items, to ensure that they are well-maintained and ready for use at all times
- Ensure that the event space is clean and presentable, free of debris and other items that may impact the event
- Provide exceptional customer service and maintain a professional and positive attitude at all times
A dress Code is required, and we will provide you with a company Polo Shirt. Must wear black pants and shoes with the company's polo shirt.
Schedule and Pay:
- 6:00 AM - 2:30 PM
- 8:00 AM - 4:30 PM
- 9:30 AM - 4:30 PM
- 12:00 PM - 8:30 PM
- 2:00 PM - 10:30 PM
- 10:00 PM - 6:30 AM
Requirements:
- Physical ability to lift and move tables and chairs
- Ability to work well in a fast-paced, high-pressure environment
- Ability to follow instructions and work effectively as part of a team
- Strong attention to detail and commitment to quality
- Flexibility to work a variety of hours, including evenings, weekends, and holidays
- Must be 18 years of age or older
