```Responsibilities```
- Provide excellent customer service to all guests, ensuring their needs are met and exceeded
- Assist with EVENT SETUP and breakdown, including stage preparation, seating arrangements, and equipment handling
- Operate cash registers and handle financial transactions accurately
- Maintain cleanliness and organization of the venue before, during, and after events
- Monitor guest behavior and address any conflicts or issues that may arise in a professional manner
- Ensure the safety of all guests by following established protocols, including crowd control and emergency procedures
- Collaborate with team members to deliver seamless event experiences
```Qualifications```
- Previous experience in hospitality, theater, events management, or related fields is preferred
- Strong cash handling skills with attention to detail
- Exceptional customer service skills with the ability to handle challenging situations
- Lifeguard certification is a plus
- Experience working with children is highly desirable
- Excellent communication skills, both verbal and written
- Ability to multitask and work effectively in a fast-paced environment
- Comfortable with public speaking engagements
