Job Description
Through your passion and motivation, you sell & execute memorable experiences for your guests. You are professional and knowledgeable about your property ensuring a consistent product to standards, while maximizing profitability and protecting the integrity of the guest experience.
What you will be doing:
- Solicit, negotiate and generate contracted revenues from volume prospects that meet criteria established in the property business plan
- Accurately prepare and present requests for proposals in order for both client and hotel receive a good value
- Develop and distribute communications relating to planning and execution of group functions including, but not limited to group resumes, banquet event orders, and room set according to established guidelines
- Build and maintain strategic client relationships to reach financial and experiential goals

Qualifications
Your experience and skills include:
- Ability to focus attention on guest needs, remaining calm and courteous at all times
- Relevant events experience
- Highly responsible & reliable to handle multiple customer and operational demands with a high degree of professionalism, operating often with time sensitive deadlines.
- Excellent communication skills, interpersonal relationship, and time management skills
