Event Planner/Coordinator

We need somone that loves beer and bringing people together. We will teach you to be a beer expert.

We need someone who wants to be the person behind the most fun brewery in NWA. Someone who can create memorable and meaningful experiences for our valued customers. As an Event Planner, you will be responsible for coordinating and executing a wide range of events, from corporate meetings to social gatherings.

```Duties```
- Plan, coordinate, promote and execute all aspects of events
- Build revenue over and above typical walk-in traffic
- Manage event budgets
- Coordinate event timelines and schedules to ensure smooth execution
- Provide on-site management during events to ensure everything runs smoothly
- Conduct post-event evaluations to gather feedback and identify areas for improvement

```Skills```
- Strong organizational skills to effectively manage multiple events simultaneously
- Excellent time management skills to meet deadlines and deliver high-quality results
- Knowledge of catering services and menu planning for various types of events
- Exceptional customer service skills to provide a positive experience for clients and guests
- Experience in banquet or hospitality industry preferred
- Ability to plan and execute fundraising events is a plus
