The Field Coordinator (FC) works within the Event Support team, processing event requests through the work order management system and overseeing setup in the field. The FC provides on-site coordination for events by checking for setup accuracy, problem solving for necessary adjustments and being present as an event logistics resource for clients and vendors. The FC ensures that all event setups meet state and Brown fire-safety regulations.
- Process event requests through the work order management system
- Oversee and coordinate the preparation and implementation of operational support for university events .
-Make sure that all event requests from the Brown community, that require internal or external vendor support, are accurate and in accordance with customer requests and with University policy
- Schedule deliveries/pickups so that they do not interfere with other events in the space
- Allot appropriate time for event set-up and breakdown to coordinate with other activity in the same space or nearby
- Generate work orders for FM trades as required.
- Input billing information into each project to streamline the billing process
- check on events and make sure they are running smoothly.

physical requirements: need to be able to walk around campus, lift up to 50 lbs.
50/50 split between prrocessing requests and in the field on campus.
