Wanted: Event Coordinator for the O'Neill Club of Towson.
The O’Neill Club of Towson (616 W Seminary Ave) is a small local event facility. We are seeking an Event Coordinator to support our weekend rentals (afternoons and evenings Fridays-Sundays). The compensation is $80 per event with an average of 4 hours of work required per event. We typically have 8-12 events per month all year long. Plus a commission of 10% on all events rented for the year. We average around $50k in rentals a year.
The responsibilities of the job include:
- Responding to inquiries and creating contracts
- Opening and Closing of the Building for Customers
- Setting up, taking down and storage of furniture
- Cleaning the Hall, Kitchen, and Restrooms
- Removal of trash to the dumpster
- This is a part time position required to work many Friday, Saturday and Sundays and an occasional event during the week.
Applicants must have their own transportation and be able to lift at least 50 pounds (moving of tables and chairs). A detailed list of duties will be provided. Training will occur prior to the first event. Please send all questions and expressions of interest to
