Event Coordinator Assistant

Responsible for assisting the event manager in the planning, coordinating and execution of weddings and events.

Develop professional communication skills.

Perform special events duties like set ups and tear downs for events.

Interact and coordinate with other event staff in conducing special events.

Assist in promoting events across all social media platforms.

Maintaining records of all bookings and taking payments where necessary.

Job Type: Part-time, Internship

Schedule: Weekend and evening availability.

Education: Current or recent enrollment in a graduate or undergraduate degree program with an interest in Event Planning, Hospitality, Marketing, Public Relations or Communications.

Ability to commute/relocate:

• Stow, OH 44224: Reliably commute or planning to relocate before starting work (Preferred)

Education:

• High school or equivalent (Preferred)

Experience:

• Event planning: 1 year (Preferred)
• Customer service: 1 year (Preferred)
