Le Club Calumet is hiring an Event Coordinator! We work in a FUN, fast paced environment and are looking for those interested in building our business by creating the perfect catering package designed for each unique event and client. As an Event Coordinator, you will be responsible for planning and executing a wide range of events, from corporate conferences to weddings. If you have a passion for hospitality and enjoy creating memorable experiences, we would love to hear from you.
```Responsibilities```
- Solicitation of new business, networking and development of catering sales opportunities
- Engage in outside sales activities to promote catering opportunities with the potential leads
- Maintain current and new client relationships
- Ability to effectively communicate and present information in various group settings
- Oversee event setup and teardown, ensuring all details are executed flawlessly
- Work closely with internal teams and external partners to ensure seamless event execution
- Ability to effectively communicate and present information in various group settings -Act as a liaison between client and Le Club Calumet
