If you are looking to be that kind of person, you’re in luck! We are currently hiring for a Part Time, Night Trash Collector in your area. This is a great opportunity to be outdoors, working on your own, in a stress-free environment and even offers a great workout while you work!
*We service our properties Saturday-Thursday, from 7PM - 10PM
**This is a PART-TIME position, requiring about 18 hours per week.
What you'll be doing:
- Taking trash from residents' door to the on-site trash zones
- Lifting trash bags and, possibly, on some occasions, other items to the truck/trailer for transportation, if you choose to utilize your truck/trailer
- Walking distances and climbing up flights of stairs for periods of time to deliver Valet Trash services
- Cleaning waste from around the compactor or dumpster area and safely clearing obstructing debris from the compactor as needed
- Utilizing your smartphone to report and take pictures during work shifts
- Courteously interacting with all customers, management, and others on a daily basis to ensure all customer routes receive service in a timely and professional manner
- Following all required safety policies and procedures
- Getting paid $15/hr-17 hr
Requirements:
- Must have a valid driver’s license
- An open bed pickup truck or vehicle with trailer is required in some locations
- Must be able to work Saturday (night) - Thursday (night)
- Must be willing to undergo a criminal background check
- Must own their own pick up truck
