Evening Hotel Maintenance Person - Shuttle Driver

We're searching for a House-Maintenance Person with exceptional people skills who is enthusiastic and courteous to make sure our hotel guests have a wonderful stay. We require a multi-talented person capable of handling a wide range of duties. Responsibilities for this position include keeping hotel public areas clean such as hallways, outdoor areas, and lobbies. Additionally, you will help deliver guest-requested items such as amenities, rollaway beds, cribs, bedding, and small maintenance task assigned by housekeeping and maintenance managers. Our ideal applicant has at least one year of housekeeping or maintenance experience, as well as a strong commitment to providing outstanding customer service. $16.50 Plus Bonuses

• Make deliveries to guest rooms for guest-requested items such as amenities, rollaway beds, cribs, bedding, and linens
• Ensure the highest level of customer service by anticipating and responding quickly to visitors' requests
• Clean and maintain guest rooms, hallways, furnishings, flooring, lobby, and other work areas

• Empty and pick up trash from outside of the hotel and parking lot
• Trouble shoot tv, ptac and sometimes plumbing issues in guest rooms.
• Check pool/hot tub monitor chemicals to safe standards for guest
• Complete preventive maintenance of rooms as assigned including painting, carpet cleaning and furniture repair as needed
• Shuttle guests to and from the airport assisting with baggage and other items. Picking up supplies as needed for the hotel

• Graduated high school, received GED or equivalent
• Solid work ethic and excellent organizational, time management, and communication skills
• Experience with a variety of cleaning products and techniques
• Must have a strong focus on putting the guest first with exceptional customer service experience

• Clean driving record and over 25 years of age due to insurance requirement
• Some repair knowledge
