SalaryPosition is your choice of part-time or full-time from 2 to 5 evenings per week. 4 hour or 8 hour evening shifts are available and shifts range from 2:00pm to Midnight. Weekend availability is required. There is some down time in which you can work on homework, etc. Schedule is flexible and can be discussed in interview! Part of training includes learning the night audit shift. Hours can be flexible. Pay starts at $15.00/hour or more DOE. Premium pay for night audit shifts. Potential raise based on performance after 30 days.
Valid driver’s license required.
Job Duties/Responsibilities~
- Make reservations via phone, email, and in-person
- Greet every guest with a friendly and positive attitude
- Check guests in and out accurately and efficiently
- Maintain a positive and friendly attitude at all times
- Know current promotions to ensure the capture of every sale
- Anticipate guest needs
- Ability to remedy guest service issues effectively
- Assisting with setting up group room blocks and meeting space rentals
- Mutli-tasking and problem solving skills
- Other duties include: shuttles to/from the airport, light cleaning and stocking, laundry
- The ability to train on backup overnight shifts is available but not required, and is offered at a premium wage.
