Faithful Transportation is looking for someone who is detail oriented with excellent customer service skills to be a key part of office staff at our location in Manheim. We are a school transportation company that focuses on serving students with special needs.

This position will be responsible for ensuring that all of our students get to their destinations safely and on time and that drivers are clearly communicated to. This is a full-time (37.5 hours per week, approximately 10:00a-5:30p, Monday through Friday) position with some additional hours required as needed. No experience needed. You will receive requests, transmit messages and track vehicles. The ideal candidate must be primarily an excellent communicator and able to remain calm and composed, especially in emergency situations. You must be able to multi-task as well as take the appropriate action.
Responsibilities
- Receive emergency and non-emergency calls and record significant information
- Address problems and requests by transmitting information or providing solutions
- Prioritize calls according to urgency and importance
- Create and manage the weekly schedule for all drivers and aides to ensure all runs and back-up shifts are staffed
- Monitor the route and status of vans and communicate to schools and families
- Provide drivers with information about orders, traffic, obstacles and requirements
- Enter data in computer system and maintain logs and records of calls, activities and other information
