About this position…

We are looking to add a seasoned and driven EV Incentives & Programs Specialist to support the Ford Pro Charging (FPC) Business. As an EV Incentives & Programs Specialist, you will be responsible for serving as subject matter expert to the sales team and their customers on any and all incentive, programs, or rebates to reduce our customers cost to electrify their fleet.

What you'll do…

  • Be the expert on any and all incentives, programs, or rebates that reduce the cost to electrify fleets.

  • Work with the sales team, the dealer network managers, and their customers to identify their electrification opportunities for fleets.

  • Coordinate the information needed for customers to access the incentive programs, for the deployment of these incentives, programs, and/or rebates with our sales team and our customers.

  • Track the utilization by Customers of incentives from various entities such as utilities, state and local agencies, and federal opportunities.

  • Manage the key performance indicators for the incentives, programs, and/or rebates that we intend to offer to our customers and provide business updates.

  • Work cross-functionally to deliver an outstanding customer experience.

  • Identify areas and opportunities for repeatable sales success that we may further build out and scale.

You'll have…

  • Bachelor’s degree

  • 1-3 years of prior experience in sales and/or marketing experience preferred.

  • Proficient in Microsoft Excel and PowerPoint

  • Proficient in Salesforce

  • Passion for sustainability

  • Strong organizational and time management skills.

  • Problem solving abilities and strong attention to detail are a must.

  • Ability to work effectively and cross functionally with external and internal stakeholders
