We are Hiring for ETL Database Administrator with following skills:
- SnapLogic
- Informatica Power Center
- Java
- Data Quality
- Position provides first line support of ETL admin mailbox support requests on tasks spanning all supported platforms and environments dev, qual, prod.
- New work items include platform support tasks for IICS AMI refreshes & upgrades, SnapLogic deployments which is a growth platform.
- This contractor has to work on daily support tickets which will range from 900 to 1100 tickets per 6 months which include platform upgrade support tasks that generally involves longer duration to complete the ticket.
- Provide administrative support for Informatica and SnapLogic platforms ensuring platform operational health.
- Assist in the planning and execution of Informatica and Snaplogic upgrades, AMI refreshes, patching etc &ETL Admin mailbox support of requests
- On call rotation 24x7 support
- Troubleshoot/diagnose technical issues for resolution Capability: The technical skills required in support our Informatica products suite (Power Center, Data Quality, Information Life Cycle Management, Test Data Management, MDM, IICS), JAWS analytics and SnapLogic.
- Technical skills required in support our Informatica products suite (Power Center, Data Quality, Information Life Cycle Management, Test Data Management, MDM, IICS), JAWS analytics.
- This position is also responsible for on-boarding new projects in platforms like snaplogic and should be able to support them technically.
- Ability to support and communicate with users/clients on a daily basis.
