Estimator/Project Coordinator

Responsibilities:
- Coordinate and assist with the preparation of construction project estimates
- Review project plans, specifications, and other documents to determine project requirements
- Collaborate with project managers and construction teams to gather necessary information for accurate estimates
- Analyze and evaluate project costs, including labor, materials, equipment, and subcontractor bids
- Prepare detailed cost estimates and proposals for construction projects
- Assist in negotiating contracts with clients, subcontractors, and suppliers
- Monitor and track project costs throughout the construction process
- Collaborate with the project management team to ensure accurate budgeting and cost control
- Manage and review labor hours of crews/teams
- Coordinate with Operations and Labor Manager for project scheduling

Experience:
- Minimum 1 year of experience in construction estimating or related field
- Strong knowledge of construction estimating principles and techniques
- Familiarity with project management principles and practices
- Excellent analytical and problem-solving skills
- Strong attention to detail and accuracy in estimating costs
- Ability to read and interpret construction plans, specifications, and other technical documents
- Effective communication skills to collaborate with internal teams, clients, subcontractors, and suppliers

Job Type: Full-time

Pay: $45,000.00 - $60,000.00 per year
