Estimator will be assisting sales team with searching and securing project opportunities, scoping bid documents, prepping sales paperwork, takeoffs, and preparing final proposals.

Duties / Responsibilities:
- Search and pursue new bid opportunities
- Ability to work in a fast-paced multi-tasking environment
- Verbal and written communication for understanding project requirements
- Preparing and organizing bid documentation
- Managing deadlines and progress across the sales team to ensure the project is delivered on time and on budget
- Deliver estimates and process purchase orders in detail
- Follow up on sales leads and proposals
- Establish and maintain working relationships with clients, vendors, and subcontractors
- Submit product data to customer for reference/review
- Assist engineering in preparing project deliverables
- Miscellaneous tasks for admin and the sales personnel
