Estimating / Sales - Join our rapidly growing business

Key Responsibilities:

* Complete quotes - estimating

* 3 years minimum construction estimating required

* Diligently track and follow up on existing sales leads

* Provide a high level of support through a consultative sales approach to prospective customers

* Proactively communicate (by phone or email) with potential customers

* Read blueprints / Take Off's

Qualifications:

* Relevant sales or customer service experience

* Ability to multi-task and take direction

* Excellent communication and organizational skills are a must

* Possess integrity; drive to succeed and a commitment to excellence

Experience:

* Experience in the glass industry a plus

* Experience with CRM software and Excel a must

* Experience in a position that deals directly with customers (front-line)
