Job Details

We are looking for an experienced Estate Planning & Probate Attorney to join our team on a part-time basis. T
Responsibilities:

• Provide comprehensive legal counsel on Estate Planning, probate, business law, and real estate matters.
• Draft and review legal documents including wills, trusts, powers of attorney, and deeds.
• Represent clients in probate court proceedings and handle estate administration tasks.
• Advise clients on business law matters such as formation, governance, and dissolution of businesses.
• Conduct real estate transactions, including negotiation, drafting and review of contracts, and representation at closings.

Qualifications:

• Juris Doctorate (JD) degree from an accredited law school.
• Admission to the state bar of Washington.
• Minimum of 5 years of experience in Estate Planning, probate, and business law.
• Experience in real estate law is desired.
