Good Karma Brands ESPN New York is currently recruiting college students for our 2024 Summer Internship program. This is a part-time paid in-person program based at our New York city office. The internship will provide an excellent opportunity for students to learn more about sports marketing and media.

The ideal candidate will be an organized self-starter who is interested in hands-on experience in the areas of promotional event marketing, new business development, and sports content creation. The Summer Internship is a sports marketing and sales-based program that collaborates with assets such as 98.7 FM, 1050 AM, Digital Operations, and the ESPN Radio Network & Podcasts.

The internship will run from June 10th – August 16th. We do, however, offer flexibility on start and end dates based on the candidate’s schedule.

Expectations and responsibilities during the internship program include, but are not limited to:

• Take the initiative to learn all aspects of the business, ideally becoming competent in marketing execution, the GKB partner acquisition process and GKB’s content creation strategies and best practices (on-air and online).
• Assist with event planning, set-up and execution, and event breakdown.
• Engage and interact with local partners and fans during events.
• Adhere to GKB’s core values: Listen, Work Hard, Over Deliver, Follow Through, Teamwork and Be Honest
