***Duties:***
- Must be a licensed notary
- Must be able to answer phone calls
- Review closing instructions and documents for accuracy and completeness
- Prepare loan files for closing and coordinate with lending companies, attorneys and realtors
- Provide closing services for real property transactions with notarization
- Coordinate and achieve funding of loans with appropriate parties
- Ensure state and county compliance when necessary
```Experience:```
- Minimum of 2 years of experience in title insurance or related field
- Strong knowledge of settlement service platforms i.e. Soft Pro, Qualia etc...
- Proficient in typing and math skills for accurate calculations
- Ability to analyze settlement statements for balancing and disbursement
- Excellent attention to detail and organizational skills
This position requires a high level of accuracy, attention to detail, and the ability to work in a fast-paced environment. The ideal candidate will have a strong background as an escrow closing officer and possess the necessary skills to effectively review title commitments, mortgages, deeds while working with consumers and real estate professionals at a closing table.
Job Types: Full-time, Contract
Pay: $38,000.00 - $44,000.00 per year
